MOHAMED HAMIDI AT THE FONDATION PERNOD RICARD

Thanks to abstraction, painting could only speak of itself. The exhibition “Histoire d’abstraction – Le cauchemar de Greenberg” at the Pernod Ricard Foundation until January 22, 2002, addresses this Greenbergian myth, eviscerating any contextual dimension of abstraction.

By highlighting the feminist, erotic, political, ecological and other dimensions of abstraction, the exhibition curated by Marjolaine Levy attempts to highlight another vision of this modernist movement.

On this occasion, the symbol of Moroccan pictorial modernity, Mohamed Hamidi, is exhibited.

A Parisian artistic event not to be missed!
