La Galerie 38 presents the exhibition-event “Trippin Morocco” of the internationally renowned artist Georges Moquay.
Urban, cosmopolitan, with colors all over the place, the paintings of Georges Moquay populated with signs and universal symbols are in the image of its creator. A contemporary artist spotted by the famous gallery owner Guy Pieters, with whom he has exhibited twice, Georges Moquay defies all social, racial or spatial boundaries…
White by skin and mixed race at heart, the man never misses an opportunity to travel, exchange and share. With him, all experiences are good to take, they enrich him and inspire him to create a universe of graffs, tags, tinged with rock, hip-hop and reggae notes where a whole little world swings and carries us along in its dance.
